As a Technical Instructor, youll play a critical role in supporting Denver Maintenance and the operation of the largest Boeing fleet in the worldu2014helping ensure the safety and reliability of the aircraft that serve millions of Customers each year. Youll design, develop, and deliver technical training for Southwest Employees, Onu2011Call Maintenance Providers, and Airframe Substantial Maintenance Providers, staying current on evolving aircraft systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Through classroom, handsu2011on, and computeru2011based instruction, youll equip Aircraft Mechanics with the knowledge and skills needed to perform complex maintenance and troubleshooting, reduce nonu2011confirmed failures, and support critical aircraft authorizations. By serving as a technical resource across internal Teams and regulatory Partners, youll directly contribute to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and Southwests unwavering commitment to Safety.
