Job Description:

An opportunity for a Security Business Partner has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the Regulatory & National Security manager

.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for security inquiries and issues across business units and functions.
• Improve visibility and understanding of security obligations and risk within activities performed by Airbus.
• Provide security expertise in the initial negotiations for new contracts as well as guidance during its development and in service phase.
• Support Programmes in managing contractual security clauses and ensuring contracts, with both customer and suppliers, comply with security standards and regulation.
• Identify and share security best practises across the different Programmes.
• Support to Security training and awareness.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree in business administration, security management or engineering.
• Advanced level of Spanish and English (verbal and written). French and German would be a plus
• Being eligible for security clearance by the proper authority.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong Problem-solving skills to assess security risks and provide recommendations.
• Strategic and analytical skills.
• Proactivity approach to identify potential security risks and challenges; A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in defence/military aerospace programmes, preferably in an international context
• Knowledge about Airbus products, culture and processes.
