Job Description:

Tasks

As a Quality Developer / Auditor (m/f/diverse) you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Coordination and implementation of complex audits (internal/external) and tracking of measures
  • Preparation and monitoring of external quality audits by customers, authorities and certifiers, as well as follow-up of measures
  • Advice on aviation law and quality management, including QM system development and trouble shooting
  • Documentation and implementation of quality development tasks and complex quality investigations
  • Approval of suppliers and subcontractors through audits, tracking of measures
  • Further development of the management system and definition of company standards
  • Management of projects to optimize operational structures and processes

Requirements

We would like to get to know you personally and therefore deliberately refrain from listing soft skills.

We would be delighted if you meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in engineering (aerospace, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
  • Comprehensive QM knowledge (DGQ training or comparable) and business management knowledge desirable
  • Experience with QM tools and methods (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Knowledge of aviation products and processes, especially in the maintenance and manufacturing area
  • Very good knowledge of aviation-specific laws, standards and internal company regulations
  • Very good knowledge of English and IT skills (q/star, IQ MOVE, SAP)
  • German language skills are desirable
  • Project management and documentation, strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and abroad and continuous further training
