Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Recursos Humanos (People Analytics)

Os candidatos a esta vaga de estágio poderão apoiar em atividades como:

• Limpeza e organização de dados em Google Sheets ou outras ferramentas automatizadas;

• Atualização de indicadores periódicos (turnover, headcount, absenteísmo etc) e manutenção de dashboards de RH e EHS;

• Apoio na geração de análises sob demanda solicitadas por HRBP’s ou liderança;

• Automatização de relatórios e demais melhorias nos processos;

• Criação de templates (apresentações, planilhas, etc.) para facilitar a visualização de KPIs;

• Apoio na criação de guias e manuais de processos analíticos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Sistemas de Informação ou áreas Correlatas;

• Inglês intermediário (será avaliado em entrevista);

• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá no mínimo 1 ano;

• Interesse em aprender.

Job description: Human Resources Internship (People Analytics)

Candidates for this internship position will be able to support activities such as:

• Cleaning and organizing data in Google Sheets or other automated tools;

• Updating periodic indicators (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.) and maintaining HR and EHS dashboards;

• Support in generating on-demand analyses requested by HRBP&39;s or leadership;

• Automation of reports and other process improvements;

• Creation of templates (presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) to facilitate visualization of KPIs;

• Support in creating guides and manuals for analytical processes.

Mandatory requirements:

• Studying higher education in Information Systems or related areas;

• Intermediate English (will be assessed at interview);

• Availability to work as an intern (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;

• Interest in learning.
