Sommaire des responsabilités

• Identifier, soumettre et mettre en œuvre des besoins d’amélioration du système qualité et procédures internes.
• Délégué principal sur les commissions Internes « Material Review Board » et Safety Board »
• Établit et anime les Gouvernances Qualité. (Amelioration Continue)
• Administrateur pour les delegations « MRB Qualite » .
• Concevoir et maintenir le programme de MRB QA delegation
• Assurer la communication et la sensibilisation aux exigences réglementaires applicables aux procédés de fabrication.
• Contrôler et suivre les indicateurs permettant de vérifier la conformité des produits fabriqués aux normes en vigueur et aux procédures
• Coordonne et facilite le processus de gestion des non-conformités et les échappes avec les équipes de productions et d’ingénierie et inter plan.
• Animer et guider des groupes de travail pour l’investigation de problèmes qualité en utilisant diverses méthodologies d’investigation (ex.: RCCA, 8D, 6 Sigma).
• Possède la capacité dinstruire ses pairs sur les outils de résolution de problèmes et les processus daction corrective.
• Représente lingénierie de la qualité en tant que contact technique sur des projets avancés et/ou des programmes coordonnant les livrables entre les organisations fonctionnelles

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir

• Baccalauréat avec un minimum de 10 ans dexpérience.
• Connaissance de la norme AS9100 & des règlements de l’aviation canadienne (RAC) de TCCA.
• Maitrise de l’approche scientifique de l’action corrective de la cause fondamentale (RCCA);
• Capacité à gérer des projets et à développer des plans d’actions efficaces et réalistes;
• Capacité à gérer de multiples priorités et de travailler en équipe avec ses partenaires;
• Connaissances fonctionnelles en français
• Connaissances fonctionnelles en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec
• Compétences avancées en gestion de projet
• Doit être capable de travailler avec SAP et Microsoft Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint).
• Connaissance de Power Bl (atout)
• Compétences dans la préparation et la présentation à la haute direction de lorganisation (atout)

Your responsibilities will be:

• Identify, submit and implement improvement needs for the quality system and internal procedures.
• Main delegate on the internal commissions “Material Review Board” and “Safety Board”.
• Establish and lead Quality Governance (continuous improvement).
• Administrator for the “MRB Quality” delegations.
• Design and maintain the MRB QA delegation program.
• Ensure communication and awareness of regulatory requirements applicable to manufacturing processes.
• Control and follow the indicators allowing to verify the conformity of the products manufactured with the standards in force and with the procedures.
• Coordinate and facilitate the process of managing non-conformities and mishaps with the production and engineering teams and inter plan.
• Educate your peers on problem solving tools and corrective action processes.
• Facilitate and guide working groups with the investigation of quality issues using various investigation methodologies (eg RCCA, 8D, 6 Sigma).
• Represent Quality Engineering as the technical contact on advanced projects and/or programs coordinating deliverables between functional organizations
• Other related tasks.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Knowledge of AS9100 & TCCA Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
• Mastery of the scientific approach to root cause corrective action (RCCA).
• Ability to manage projects and develop effective and realistic action plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work as a team with partners.
• Functional knowledge in French is required.
• Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
• Advanced project management skills
• Must be able to work with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power Bl (asset).
• Skills in preparing and presenting to senior management of the organization (asset).
