We will entrust you to Provide high-quality customer service in the direct sales offices located in the public and transit areas of RIX Riga Airport
Issue airBaltic travel documents in compliance with airBaltic terms and regulations
Sell airBaltic tickets, as well as ancillary products and services
Handle irregular situations (e.g., flight delays or cancellations)
Follow the daily sales report
What you will need to succeed Fluency in Latvian and English; proficiency in additional languages will be considered advantageous
Excellent communication and strong sales skills
Customer service-oriented personality
Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Computer literacy
Previous work experience in an airline or travel agency, along with experience working with a cash register, will be considered an advantage
Ability to work in shifts: 05:00-14:30; 06:00-15:00; 14:30-00:00; 15:00-00:00; 9:00-18:00
