Job Description:

A new position in Manufacturing Engineering Unit for the A350 Wing Lower Cover in Illescas plant is opened. If you are a passionated of the manufacturing processess and you enjoy the shoopflor activities this position is a great opportunity.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Specification and introduction of new means in the line for ramp up assurance without impacting the serial production.

• Evaluate the need of the line to secure the takt time requerid per rate demanded.

• Support and promote good practices / standarization of the processes.

• Apply the health, safety and environmental rules in any activity.

• Give support to production in the daily disruptions to mitigate any impact as soon as possible.

• Promote and support the development of improvement ideas to reduce the cost and lead time of the parts.

• Participe in the Airbus Operating System routines to secure the robustness of the industrial system.

• To lead and support practical problem solving activities to improve and avoid quality issues.

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline. 

• Experience: 1 year in similar roles

• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.  Good communication and global view mindset. Proactive profile with passion to learn.

• Languages: Advanced level in English.
