JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer 3 Producibility Focus

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
Participate in IPTs to integrate technical solutions across disciplines.
Lead layout and drawing reviews with a focus on producibility.
Evaluate and implement conceptual designs; maintain build program architecture.
Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure process capabilities meet requirements.
Provide producibility input for project planning and help document best practices.
Resolve complex technical issues impacting cost, performance, or schedule.
Coordinate application of new engineering theories and technologies.
Validate and ensure production readiness for complex systems.
Apply and champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent.
5+ years of aerospace experience, with proven producibility expertise (non-negotiable).
Experience in design reviews, including layout and 2D drawing analysis.
Proficiency with:
CATIA
ENOVIA
IVT
PDM/CAPP
REDARS
Strong knowledge of aerospace specifications and standards.
Background in development programs.
Completion of Manufacturing Engineering (ME) school or equivalent ready to contribute immediately.
This position does not involve heavy lifting, confined spaces, or extended time on feet.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Defense, Space & Security experience.
Experience with the B-52 program.
Supply chain and tooling experience.
Program start-up background (highly valuable for long-term extension potential).
