Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Technical Data Airframe Program Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Services department based in Toulouse, France.
As a Technical Data Airframe Program Manager, you will be joining an engaged and dynamic transnational team based in all European Airbus Natcos plus India.
The team has different roles, for instance tech data Airframe Program, Business improvement, Project, and Tools&39; management.
Your challenges:
Conduct A/C Change Impact Analysis: Qualify Tech Data criteria and manage transnational impact analyses across various aircraft programs.
Support Tech Data Authoring Teams: Provide daily support to internal and subcontractor teams, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking.
Establish and Maintain Process Standards: Contribute to the development and implementation of guidelines, methods, and standards for consistent authoring.
Facilitate Engineering Liaison Activities: Support authoring lines with design data requests, validations, and related engineering coordination.
Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Organize and coordinate preventive/corrective actions, and deploy new digital solutions for process optimization.
Manage Program Deliverables and Reporting: Monitor workloads, provide status reports, and ensure timely delivery of Tech Data Airframe products.
Program communication and coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for program management, and ensure fluid communication between all involved parties.
Your boarding pass:
Engineering or Related Technical Background: Degree in Engineering or relevant field, with experience in A/C Maintenance, Production, or Engineering.
Project Management & Analytical Skills: Proven project management capabilities coupled with strong analytical skills.
Effective Communication & Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric mindset. Profeciency in english is mandatory
Configuration Management & Reporting: Knowledge of configuration management and ability to work with reports and associated figures.
Adaptability & Continuous Improvement: Openness to change, commitment to continuous improvement.
