Draken Europe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Controller to support our RSAF (Royal Saudi Air Force) contract. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic aviation environment, initially based in the UK for familiarisation training, followed by deployment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will play a pivotal role in the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of our contracted flight operations, acting as the key liaison between Draken, RSAF, and other stakeholders.

• Coordinate and oversee daily flight operations in KSA under UK regulatory oversight.
• Manage aircrew and aircraft rostering, ensuring legal and compliant scheduling.
• Act as the first point of contact for emergency response situations.
• Liaise with RSAF and local aerodromes to ensure seamless operational delivery.
• Monitor aircraft in-flight and respond to operational issues in real time.
• Support the planning and execution of aircraft detachments from the Main Operating Base.
• Lead quarterly emergency response planning events.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an aviation operations environment.
• Strong understanding of civilian and military aviation regulations.
• SC clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• High IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the Middle East or with military aviation (desirable).
