Required Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum high school diploma or equivalent – required.
5+ years of Inside Machinist Supervisory experience.
Ability to read, understand and communicate information found on blueprints, technical drawings and shop sketches.
Ability to use, read and understand precision measuring tools and gauges.
Understands the metallurgical/machining properties of metal, plastic, glass and composite material.
Mathematical and Mechanical aptitude as it is related to Inside Machine Shop activities.
Ability to use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
When required, able to safely machine/repair components utilizing equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses etc.
Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
