Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters, for the PSL “Identity & Access Management” (EIITI), we are looking for an Architect H/F to lead the design and the build of the technical architecture of Identity and Access IT Products. 

Identity and Access Management (IAM) products enable our internal and external users to be properly identified, authenticated & authorized to access Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Group Applications.

The AH IAM PSL delivers and deploys the solution, products and services with an end-to-end accountability. We will manage the products lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them, in close relationships with Airbus Group. Our Access IT products sustain Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Encryption and digital certificates. And our Identity IT Products sustain User management (Provisionning/Deprovisionning, Privileged accounts, Recertification, …) and Directory services (Identity Directory, Metadata Synchronization, …)

In this role, you will be at the heart of Airbus transformation, by designing and building key IAM solutions with your technical expertise, within an international context. You will be welcome in a dynamic and empowered team, where teamwork and solidarity are key values. 

Based In Marignane. This role will involve some travel in Europe. Belongs to a transnational team of 7 engineers.

Your challenges:

As IAM Architect, you will be in charge of the design and the build of the technical architecture of IAM solutions. You will bring IAM expertise in projects and will integrate IAM solutions with strong added value build upon user requirements. You will participate in the IAM technological strategy as well as the continuous improvement of the IAM infrastructure & services.

At Airbus group level, you will act as the Airbus Helicopters representative in the Airbus IAM architecture definition and consolidation.

The IAM IT Products are mainly : PingIdentity products (PingFederate and PingID), F5 bigIP and Microsoft PKI for Access. And Active Directory, Identity Management, OneLogin for Identity.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are the followings:

- To analyze the technological, technical and commercial requirements of the needs,

- To define in a detailed way the technical architecture of the IAM solutions and to follow-up their implementation in close collaboration with the production and project teams,

- To integrate and support the technical team during the integration phases, training when necessary the experts on the new technologies.

- To participate to the definition of the technological orientation axes of both infrastructure and services in close relation with the operation and development team,

- You support / contribute to digital initiatives while being a force of proposals,

- You propose innovative solutions to improve scalability and reliability as well as costs optimization in accordance with the IAM Services objectives,

- You bring expertise while being involved in projects according to the IMMP (Information Management Master Plan). You take part in Airbus Group consolidation projects as well as Cyber security projects,

Your main interfaces will be:

- IM organization: IM Project Managers, IM Applications & Enterprise Services Operations, IM Hosting services, IM Security departments,

- Airbus Helicopters Customer Centers (22 subsidiaries worldwide),

- All other Airbus divisions

Your profile:

- Master&39;s degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field 

- 5&43; years of experience in Architecture Design 

- Good understanding of business requirements

- Relevant experience in the Identity and Access Management domain ensuring the vision and the integration of the IT landscape.

- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices.

- Knowledge of Active Directory, PingFederate, PingID, F5 and latest emerging IAM technologies will be a plus.

- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange.

- Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding and PKI).

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR.

- Proven ability to work on high risk and complex integrated assignments.

- Have the dual skills: Be autonomous and be team player

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
