Job Title: Welder (Entry-Level to Experienced)
Job Description
We are hiring Welders (freshers and experienced candidates welcome) to join a leading manufacturing team supporting advanced engineering and fabrication projects.
In this role, you will work on welding and fabrication of metal parts and assemblies, using blueprints and work instructions. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your welding career in a structured, high-quality production environment.
Shift Details
- 1st Shift
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Every other Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding on metal parts and assemblies
- Support fabrication activities including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and drawings
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerance standards
- Operate tools and equipment such as drills, grinders, and welding machines
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic production issues
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments
Required Skills
- Basic or hands-on experience/training in welding
- Knowledge of fabrication or metalworking
- Ability to read or learn blueprints and drawings
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop environment

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Aluminum welding experience (not mandatory)
- Fabrication experience
- Experience operating overhead cranes
- Previous manufacturing or production environment experience
Weld Test Requirement
- Candidates must be willing to complete a welding test:
- Uphill plate test
- 3G bi-metal test
- Aluminum plate test (if applicable)
👉 Please bring welding hood and steel-toe shoes for testing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
