Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Quality Inspector, you are a trusted authority in ensuring every aircraft component, part, and system meets the highest airworthiness standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Ensuring all maintenance, repairs, and alterations are fully compliant with FAA, FAR, and other regulatory bodies
Conducting precise inspections of aircraft, engines, and parts using specialized tools and methods
Overseeing and validating aircraft documentation, from arrival records to completed work packages
Performing aircraft weighing procedures and walk-around inspections prior to return to service
Coordinating inspection activities using computer-based maintenance tracking systems (CAMPS, AVTRAC, etc.)
Reviewing and verifying new, repaired, or rebuilt parts for conformity and quality
Researching and interpreting technical data, engineering orders, and maintenance documentation
Participating in the return-to-service process to confirm all airworthiness requirements are met
Communicating inspection findings clearly and providing detailed reports to both internal teams and external customers
Supporting continuous improvement by mentoring team members and sharing technical knowledge

Minimum Requirements:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent
2+ years working with corporate or commercial jets
Basic set of hand tools with proven inventory control
Proficient in interpreting and applying domestic and international regulatory documentation (FAA Regs, CAA, ADs, SBs, TCDS, etc.)
Skilled in the use of inspection tools and test equipment
Strong understanding of return-to-service procedures
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Leadership qualities with the ability to train, coach, and mentor team members in inspection practices
Experience working in fast-paced MRO or manufacturing environments

Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
