We’re looking for a sharp-eyed Quality Inspector to join our elite team at the forefront of defence submarine manufacturing. This is your chance to play a vital role in building some of the most advanced underwater defence systems on the planet.

This role is viewed as a long term prospect teamp to perm for the right candidate.

• Inspecting incoming jigs and tooling to ensure they meet design intent and comply with technical drawings and specifications.

• Verifying precision and accuracy of critical components that go into submarine systems – no room for error in these depths.

• Collaborating across multiple departments on-site to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of the build.

• Championing ISO 9001 standards, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance throughout.

• Supporting technical teams to align on quality objectives, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.

• A strong quality background – ideally in engineering, aerospace, defence, or other precision-led industries.

• An instinctive quality-first mindset – you’re not just ticking boxes, you’re safeguarding excellence.

• Proven experience reading and interpreting complex technical drawings.
