The Brake Program & Parts Claim Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration and processing of specific parts programs claims. Responsibilities also include: main point of contact for ensuring proper adjudication of the brake programs, preparing documentation for invoice payment, categorizing expenses and producing documents and reports as required by Dassault groups in charge of delivering support services.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Responsible for day-to-day administration and processing ofthe brake programs
- Work closely with customers and vendors to validate required brake programs information
- Review and track spare part transactions to ensure all parts issued are accounted for (free of charge process)
- Review maintenance transactions and invoices
- Prepare documentation for invoice payment
- Categorize expenses
- Produce documents and reports as required by Dassault groups in charge of delivering support services
- Work with Customer Service IT and other departments to develop systems and reports required for business analysis
- Periodically review vendor contracts; prepare and validate supporting documentation
- Prepare POs and process payments
- Provide analysis and financial reconciliation reports
- Variance explanations
- Assist in recovering cost and resolving disputes
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 year college degree (preferably technical, information systems or aviation) or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills to effectively manage and process multiple claims at once
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers in a professional manner – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong work ethic, proactive approach and dedication to quality and accuracy
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and inspection programs
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Prior experience in a customer service related position
- 2 years experience in claim administration, contract management or a related field
- FAA A&P license
