Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance)
We are seeking skilled A&P mechanics with heavy maintenance experience to support growing MRO operations in the Greater Southwest Ohio region. This role supports heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and upgrades across multiple commercial aircraft platforms. Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $34.00/hour (DOE)
• Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $70,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
• Per Diem: Up to $45,760 annually (tax-free), based on $880.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

Key Responsibilities
• Perform overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, powerplants, aircraft communication equipment, and associated systems
• Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with company manuals, manufacturer manuals, procedures, bulletins, and orders
• Sign off on completed maintenance work as required
• Inspect for defective, worn, or failed parts while maintaining safe working conditions
• Support general housekeeping and maintenance of company property as assigned
• Perform all tasks assigned by Supervisors or higher management
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards
Qualifications
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
• 2+ years of Boeing 767 experience highly preferred
• Prior experience on Boeing 767 Classic & Next Generation aircraft preferred
• Experience on B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, A320, or ERJ aircraft preferred
• Previous hands-on experience in line maintenance or heavy maintenance environments required
• Experience supporting transport category or regional jet aircraft strongly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to safety and quality standards
