Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance)

This role supports heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, inspections, and upgrades across multiple corporate aircraft platforms. Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $32.00–$38.00/hour (DOE)
• Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $70,000.00–$85,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime

Work Schedule
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (5/8 Schedule)
• 2nd Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM (4/10 Schedule)
• $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on corporate aircraft
• Execute engine removal, reinstallation, and operational checks
• Troubleshoot and repair airframe systems and aircraft discrepancies
• Perform inspections in accordance with OEM Light and Heavy Maintenance Manuals
• Evaluate component serviceability and document discrepancies accurately
• Implement Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives
• Document completed work with precision and accuracy
• Analyze mechanical issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Test and repair aircraft systems including engines, landing gear, hydraulics, and flight controls
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards
Qualifications
• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
• Minimum 3+ years of business or corporate jet maintenance experience required
• Experience on Embraer Legacy, Praetor, Phenom, Learjet, Gulfstream, or Falcon aircraft preferred
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Authorization to work in the United States required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently and within a team-focused environment
