Job Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for the scheduling, managing, and problem solving in all aspects of product manufacturing for at least 1 production line.
In this role, you will:
- Scheduling orders to meet customer requirements and balance production
- Monitoring and continually organizing the schedule to ensure that the manufacturing workload is properly balanced while looking for opportunities to assist the customer
- Communication with order processing personnel on orders
- Making sure we have the right material at the right time to satisfy our Customer needs
- Focus on providing lead times that enhance order obtainment
- Communicate with manufacturing leadership to maintain a smooth order flow
- All tasks associated with level loading at least one production line
- All tasks associated with managing the inventory required for production orders for a single production line
- Running queries used to facilitate releasing schedules for at least 1 production line
- Troubleshooting issues with extraction or other preparation of an order for release to a production floor
- Acknowledging orders and order changes to customers as appropriate to customers
- Other tasks as assigned

You have: (required)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in inventory management, production flow and leveling, production systems and tools, manufacturing challenges, and supplier/customer relationship management
