What are your contributions to the team?
- Be a trusted advisor, handling day-to-day employee queries and resolving problems
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and audits
- Assist in updating various databases and ad hoc HR reports
- Support leaders on Human Resource issues
- Support team with various administrative tasks and projects
- Assist during Union Contract Negotiations
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently working towards a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or similar
- You are available to work 20-30 hours per week
- You are available from August 2025 to August 2026
- You are a team player and are results oriented
- You have basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- You have strong verbal & written communication skills
