Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS)/Jeppesen is currently seeking an Experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the team in Miami, FL.
The Accounts Receivable (AR) team is an exciting and dynamic organization that requires collaboration, engagement, and continuous development of processes improvements. This is a unique position at the center of business processes crucial to the Company’s cash flow. The person selected for this position has the primary function of collecting customer account receivable balances for Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS)/Jeppesen. Our customers include large commercial airlines, foreign and U.S. military customers and large business aviation customers. In this role, you will review of contractual language, customer accounts and collaborate with various functions such as Sales, Client Management, Accounting, Contracts, Billing and Customer Service Organizations to develop collections strategies.
Position Responsibilities:
- Review accounts, customer communication, past due dunning notices, and warning letters
- Negotiate payment arrangements, terms, and resolving disputes effectively
- Work with Sales and Client Management teams to coordinate collections strategy
- Handle account reconciliation and communication with customers and Cash Applications team on remittance advices and credits
- Support awareness and application of Boeing and Jeppesen AR and Collections policies and processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
- 3+ years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors
- 3+ years of experience interacting with business partners and customers
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Miami, Florida: $62,050.00-$83,950.00
