This position will support the Evacuation Systems Industrialization team with New Product Introduction, Transfer of Work, and Industrial Engineering systems improvement projects in our New Jersey facility.

Main Objectives:
•tTo support Project and Manufacturing Engineers with New Product Development, Transfer of Work, and Industrial Systems Improvement projects.
•tTo assist in introducing new product and processes into production with a focus on efficiency and quality.
•tTo gain hands-on experience in engineering and process improvement in a real-world setting.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
•\t3 or more years of Engineering course work. Mechanical or Industrial preferred.
•\t3 months to 1 year of work experience with engineering or problem-solving related job functions.
•\tExperience with robotics equipment and or programing a plus - Basic

Knowledge/Skills
•\tKnowledge of equipment of CAD software - Advanced
•\tStrong organizational and time-management skills - Basic
•\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - Advanced
•\tAttention to detail - Advanced
•\tAble to work independently and as part of a team - Basic
•\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software - Advanced
