Head of Stress Analysis & integration Engineer – Airbus Commercial Engineering CenterAs part of Airbus’s ambition to grow a proficient and competitive Engineering organisation, we are launching a Commercial Aircraft Engineering Centre in Poland. This initiative aims to leverage Poland’s talent pool and technological ecosystem, specifically in the field of Propulsion systems, while supporting our broader Engineering workload and competitiveness requirements, and reinforcing Airbus’ strategic engagement with Poland.
Role OverviewJoin Airbus Poland Engineering center, as the Manager of the “stress analysis & integration engineer ” team, leading team team responsible for analysis Nacelle and Pylon Airframe products and stress compliance integration.
Specific roles within the team include:
Contributing to Airbus proprietary products, such as air inlet or Pylon stress deliverables
Specifying, guiding, and validating supplier Nacelle components stress compliance
Integrate and generate interface loads and displacements computing engine, nacelle and Pylon stress integrated model.
You will lead and develop a team composed of around 10 stress Engineers
In this frame, the propulsion engineering domain needs you to improve and develop our products as well as our dynamic design structure community !
Key Responsibilities1. Define Team strategy and objectivesAlign team goals with Airbus Poland Engineering center strategy, Propulsion Engineering center needs and Customer expectations
Foster collaboration with all stakeholders, and clarify roles and responsibilities
2. Support & Engage PeopleGuide and support the team members in their daily job, by providing technical advice, coaching and mentoring

Foster a motivating, inclusive environment where transparency, feedback, and lessons learned are valued.
3. Develop Team CapabilitiesManage resources, competences, Processes, methods and tools.
Define upskilling plan and trainings for the team, with the support of Propulsion Engineering Center
Drive recruitment, resource adaptation, and knowledge management.
4. Ensure DeliveryThe Ideal ProfileEducation & Experience
Master&39;s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 7&43; years) in stress analysis of aircraft structures, with significant experience
In-depth knowledge of metallic and composite material behavior and associated stress analysis
Familiarity with airworthiness regulations (EASA, FAA) and certification processes.
Strong understanding of aircraft design, manufacturing processes, and structural testing.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and international team environment.
Fluency in English is required.
