Summary:
Plan, coordinate, and execute component- and system-level testing activities for complex aerospace systems
Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to support test setup and troubleshooting
Develop test procedures, test plans, and documentation in accordance with program requirements and industry standards
Lead test events as a Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or equivalent, ensuring compliance with MIL-STD-461 and other applicable standards
Present technical findings and progress to senior leadership and program management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues and drive corrective actions
Support root cause investigations and implement solutions for electrical and system-level failures
Ensure all testing activities align with program schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance required (this is a clearance-restricted position)
Bachelors degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
8+ years of experience conducting component- and system-level integration testing
Proficient in interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings, including interfaces, cables, and general test equipment
Prior Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or equivalent experience in a test engineering environment
Experience developing and executing test and evaluation plans
Skilled in troubleshooting and isolating electrical failures in production or depot environments
Experience in failure investigation, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
Familiarity with industry standards, including MIL-STD-461
Proven ability to develop and deliver technical briefings, presentations, and program documentation to senior leadership
Experience collaborating with and leading suppliers during technical issue investigations
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
