COMPANY OVERVIEW:
The company mission is to "Protect The American Warfighter" and they accomplish this mission by creating and installing the latest and greatest technology onto military aircraft.
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Main scope of work will be performing classified heavy modifications on various fixed wing military aircraft
- You will remove existing systems from the aircraft and then install wire harnesses throughout entire aircraft and terminate dozens of different types of connectors
AIRFRAMES:
- C-130
- P-3
SHIFT:
4 days a week
Mon - Thu or Tue - Fri
1st Shift 6:00am - 4:30pm
2nd Shift 4:00pm - 2:30am
Must be flexible if the team needs you to work 2nd shift for a period of time
~ 75 of workforce is on 1st/Day Shift
~ 25 of workforce is on 2nd/Swing Shift
OT SITUATION:
Often available but is based on program need and no guarantees
CONTRACT DETAILS:
Long Term Open Ended (no end date) with the ability to go direct if desired (generally earned around 6 months)
PAY IS A SET RATE:
$40/hr + 6 Days of PTO
- Per Diem Split Available $29 taxed / $11 untaxed (aka: $88/day in per diem for 5 days)

Additional Skills & Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- 4+ Years’ Avionics Experience
- Experience terminating connectors
- Experience working with several different types of crimpers (at least 3 or more)
- Basic "box swapping" (remove and replace) in the military is NOT ENOUGH
- Must own tools & the toolbox must be shadowed with the tools etched or colored by Day 1
- At least somewhat stable job history, they wont take super job hoppy folks
PREFERRED:
- Installation experience
- Folks looking for long a term opportunity and/or to build a career at SNC
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance through Aerotek
- FAA Drug Test
- 7 Year Background Check

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
