Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Fort Wayne production workforce. As a Systems Administrator II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
o Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard.
o Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets.
o Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility.
o Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards.
o Serving as a mid-tier escalation point for other System Administrators.
o Working with Senior System Administrators on projects and occasionally taking on a project lead role.
o Creating, deploying, and maintaining server infrastructure.
o Creating and maintaining documentation.
