In collaboration with the IT Team Lead, the incumbent acts as an expert in the systems and applications within their business domain. They ensure deployment, quality, and application support while assisting users in the evolution of solutions.
- Participate in the integration of changes delivered by internal and external providers.
- Define and maintain deployment plans for new versions, ensuring platform stability.
- Diagnose and follow up on application incidents, coordinating fixes and production releases.
- Provide second-level support to users and resolve operational issues.
- Implement monitoring processes and draft technical documentation for the team.
- Work closely with integrators and IT teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to system evolution.
- Participate in the 24/7 emergency support rotation.
