Minimum Education
High school diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency (G.E.D. - demonstrated satisfactory performance in the General Educational Development Testing Program)
Minimum Experience
- Two to three (2-3) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalency years experience substitution must be in related field.
- One to two (1-2) years’ work experience needs to be in a business office environment.
- One to two (1-2) years’ employment with FlightSafety that includes a demonstrable understanding of FSI’s basic operations, business processes and the use of the SAP system (especially the Orion function) in developing and retrieving information needed to make business decisions.
- Previous experience working within a SAP system is required.
- Basic understanding of SAP product hierarchy and Bill of Material (BOM) structure preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Experience working with SAP master data (customers, vendors, materials)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and data issues
- Understanding of Restricted Party Screening, embargo regulations, or compliance processes preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with data governance, data quality, or master data management processes preferred
