Under the direction of the Head of Marketing Transat Distribution Canada (TDC), the Marketing Projects Specialist is responsible for managing marketing projects and programs aimed at delivering marketing services to TDC network members. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
Responsabilities:
- Developing tailored marketing plans for TDC programs and coordinating their deployment based on business objectives and member needs
- Leading local marketing projects to increase visibility of TDC network agencies
- Managing various marketing projects to support TDC network members
- Coordinating and deploying a comprehensive marketing training plan to strengthen member skills and knowledge
- Overseeing implementation, launch, communication, and member training for new marketing tools and solutions provided by TDC
- Managing billing and budget planning for marketing projects to ensure optimal use of financial resources
- Coordinating CRM projects to enhance TDC brands’ relationship marketing programs
- Contributing to the annual marketing planning process by identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Participating in competitive monitoring to identify market trends and propose continuous improvements

*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
