Job Description
Coordinate internal and external activities as assigned by Head of AirAsia Magic, but not limited to:
Provide administrative support for the department.
Coordinate internal and external activities as assigned by Dangerous Goods Manager, but not limited to:
Internal Training
Liaise with Network Management Centre on participants namelist monthly/quarterly for internal training.
Liaise with Internal PIC for HRDC Employer for raising HRDC’s grant.
Prepare quotation, attendance list, course brochure, trainer profile to raise grants for DG Training (Function 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and Dangerous Goods Awareness (DGA))
Venue/Classroom booking (RedQ, CAE, MAvA, MSV)
Student’s meal arrangement (when necessary).
Scan complete attendance from trainer and sort to the respective folder.
External Training
Liaise with PIC of external companies to organise training i.e. obtain grant ID
DG Physical Card applications to CAAM for every function specific training except Function 7 (Pilot) and Function 9 (Cabin Crew)
Coordinate the passport size photographs for DG Card application form.
Record keeping of certificates, attendance lists & manuals (softcopy/hardcopy)
DTR and Claims for DG Team.
