Responsibilities:
Deliver instructor-led training in classroom and lab environments for mechanical assembly technicians.
Conduct learning needs analyses to define training objectives and build targeted course content.
Design and develop instructional materials, including manuals, eLearning modules, assessments, and practical lab exercises.
Facilitate coaching sessions on the production floor to improve team and individual performance.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and HR teams to assess training effectiveness and refine programs.
Ensure all training aligns with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Support system access setup and testing of digital training tools and delivery platforms.
Monitor training implementation outcomes and provide detailed feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience(or Master’s + 4 years, or 10+ years of equivalent relevant experience without a degree)
Strong mechanical background, with hands-on experience in mechanical assemblies, systems, or manufacturing environments
Proven experience in training and instruction, including:
Leading technical training sessions or workshops
Coaching individuals or small groups
Creating instructional materials and hands-on assessments
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all levels of the organization
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial production setting
Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and certification requirements for mechanical technicians
Experience using learning management systems (LMS) or training development tools
