What are your contributions to the team?
- Adhere to BRAS General Work Requirements
- Collate, log, file, and retrieve area forms and aircraft build records as well as maintain departmental files
- Perform data entry of data files and conduct record searches of area databases for departments, vendors, and multi-site investigations
- Enter discrepancies and corrective action for aircraft on word cards in an accurate and timely manner
- Must comply with all environmental health and safety policies and procedures including but not limited to Safety Manual Section 1225
- Enter employee timecards and job labor into system as required
- Maintenance of various information, for example, aircraft arrival and departure boards, tally sheets, tooling work cards, sign-out of drop-ins, and MRP notebooks
- Assist shift supervisor / crew chief with work dock origination and set-up and assist in work assignments
- Establish and maintain files on aircraft processed through facility including active files in process and inactive files in storage
- Assist in maintaining Quality Control library materials and manuals
- Prepare final work packages for customer and company
- Maintain electronic schedule of tool calibration records
- Assist in preparing operation cards as needed
How to thrive in this role?
- You Typically have a minimum of 3 years of general office experience
- You possess typing skill necessary to type 40 wpm with an accuracy rate of 90
- You possess interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas, and vendors
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You have computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, and web-based applications
- You have experience using SAP and Microsoft Excel
